Bled for one day 6 days before period then spotting for 2 days. What could it mean?

22 years old and I'm not sure if its just an irregular period or something else. I guess if I was pregnant i would be 5-6 weeks. Has anyone ever bled for one day then spotted 2 days then nothing? What was it if so?

It definitely sounds like you're pregnant. The spotting would have been implantation bleeding. Take a pregnancy test and see your doctor.
