Probably a popped blood vessel which will go away in 2 weeks.  There's nothing you can do besides waiting it out.  If its from a medical condition or getting poked by something sharp......probs should go to the doc.

A cause of eye bleeding may be Leukaemia (A type of blood cancer.)!!

It is called a sub conjunctiva hemorrhage and it is harmless
