  1. Rinse your mouth with peroxide, it cleans debris, baterial infections, etc. It's even made my teeth white. I'm glad you're going to see the Dentist. Peroxide is a good solution until your appointment. It's in a brown bottle, usally located in the first aid section of a store.

I usually leave it in my mouth for 1 min so it can bubble up. I also use baby tooth paste, because it's natural. It cleans my tongue pretty good.

It may be a sign of Gingivitis or  Periodontal Disease... not sure, only a qualified dentist can answer this.

As for clean skin I take Flaxseed Oil capsules and my skin is more clearer and lighter than before. Also drink a lot of water... I'm preaching to the choir on this one.

You may also consider changing your diet and eliminating a lot of sugar and fermented foods and beverages. a good substitue for sugar is honey... if vegan, blue agave nectar. eliminate sodas and stick to 100% juices only, careful tho, some say 10% juice on the label so be wary and mindful to read the label. Also try cooking olive oil as well for facial moisterizer, if you don't have excessive oily skin.

  2. I'm a dental assistant and the best advice I can give you is to floss, at least twice a day. The reason why they're bleeding is because of bacteria, which is food that was left there. After you floss your gums will be a little sore, so rinse your mouth with some warm water and salt to soothe your gums.
