Bleeding Tooth Fungi?

Question

Ok so on some stones that we have around our garden there is some kinda fungi. I have know idea what it is. It is light yellow and kinda fluffy. But then it is like BLEEDING!! It actually looks like blood, that is bleeding from this stuff. Does anyone know waht it is? and how in the world do you get rid of it?!?!?

Woah. I read this and thought there was like fungus in your tooth that was bleeding. Ew. Anyway, I have no idea what that could be. I'll do some research though.
