Question:

Bleeding after fingering?

My boyfriend and I engaged in sexual activity earlier today, and this was the first time any guy's ever fingered me. But after he left and I went to the restroom, I saw a lot of blood on the toilet paper after I wiped.

Uh .. any explanations?

  1. he way have scratched it and it bled... did it hurt?

  2. If your a virgin, he could've stretched or broken your hymen. Which can cause bleeding.

If you've been sexually active enough to completely break your hymen, he's probably scratched you, it's VERY easy to get a scratch there.

    I'm sure your fine. :)

  3. Your period started or he broke your hymen

  4. This is what I said to someone else with a similar question:

It is rare but not uncommon. Girls have a bit of skin covering their v****a (VERY rarely they don't) called a hymen and if something goes in that is maybe too big and stretches it, it rips (this is NOT a bad thing :) don't worry). Sometimes s*x can rip it and sometimes fingering or even jogging or riding bikes can. Some girls bleed and some don't. Some bleed for hours all in one night, some bleed a little over a long period of time, and some only bleed during s*x because they are stretching the girl's hymen even more. The hymen breaking isn't a bad thing, its normal. If you are stilled worried about it, go to see a doctor or gynecologist. In the old days they used to tell whether a girl was a virgin by whether or not she had her hymen intact but that isn't very accurate. Like I said above: it can be broken from other things and some girls don't have one.

    I hope that helped :)
