Bleeding during s*x?Breakthrough bleeding? On the pill.?

I have just started birth control low estrin 21 and have been on it for 3 weeks. During protected s*x(not my first time having s*x) i bled A LOT during intercourse. There was deep penetration but This has never happened to me before when ive had deep penetration. It did not hurt either. i had no idea i was even bleeding till afterwards. After we were done the bleeding had stopped. I was not sore at all. And i was tested for sti's and none were found. What could it be?

It sounds like this bleeding is from just starting the Loestrin 21.  Breakthrough bleeding or light spotting can be common when starting out on the pill.  The reason this can occur is because the body is  trying to adjust to being on the medication.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
