Question:

Bleeding gums and brown dirt between my teeth?

by  |  earlier

Usually I brush my teeth once a day, which is not good, and I have bleeding gums from time to time..

But recently I was on a 3-days-long trip, in the nature, and I only washed it with water from time to time.

Bottom line:

When I get back home and brush my teeth I have a little small brown dirty between two of my teeth and seems like it's not getting out, if I try to use needles etc, it hurts like it's my own skin, and it hurts badly, made me shout "aaaaaawwwwww". The bleeding also continues.

What is it?

Thanks

  2. you have gingivitis

Everyone else is incorrect, it's called gingivitis. It's a disease and you should see the dentist asap

  3. build up of plaque and tartar 4m poor hygiene leading on to gum disease!!!!!!

    DENTIST NOW!!!!

    good luck

  4. its a cavity in your teeth you have to brush 2 times a day

  5. It could be anything because you here in the nature but try using floss. And you could do what I do and brush your teeth whenever you shower like I do, which is in the morning and at night, just put your toothbrush and toothpaste in your shower, that way you remind yourself. Good luck and god bless.

  6. I have braces and have the same thing.

You NEED to brush your teeth at least twice a day or after every meal. If this problem keeps getting worse you will have to get gum surgery which is what i almost had to do. Also, water picks are AMAZING! it may take a few minutes out of your day but they really get down into your gums and take the plaque out. It may hurt but just think of how much it wont hurt after a few times using it.

    hope this helps!!

  7. It's called "a trip to the dentist", don't put it off by seeking diagnosis on the internet.

  8. Go to a dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. A cavity

  10. Go to the dentist.

  11. you need to see a dentist .. or a doctor..thats not good you could need medication. its symtoms of gigivitis(sorry if thats spelt wrong)

  12. Bleeding gums is caused by not flossing your teeth or cleaning them like they should. Brushing your teeth may irritate them, same if you floss them. And the dirt might be tooth decay. It may not be, though. I'd go to the dentist and check it out asap before it gets worse.

  13. I'd see a dentist, bleeding gums is bad, you can loose teeth if it turns to gum disease.

    Do you smoke?

That could be part of it? :O
