Bleh! Please help!?!

Okay. I feel like I'm really tired, but I can't sleep. My throat is sore and I'm cold and nauseous. I don't have to use the bathroom or f**t or puke or anything, but my stomach is like.... flipping. Please help me.

okay, get some nyquil, then kick back in your bed, with a lamp on start reading a book... half an hour in, I bet you'll be falling asleep
