Blender Jam?

Question

My blender is jammed. The container part that you s***w onto the part with the blades - it's stuck and I can't get it separated. I've tried to twist it off like it's supposed to come off, but for some reason it's on there really tight. Does anybody have suggestions on how I can get it unstuck?
