Blimpie Special Dressing packets ingredients?

Ok, I am sort of addicted to Blimpie's Special Dressing packets.

However Blimpie is far from my house and subway is close to my house, so I'm trying to figure out what they put in that dressing so I can try to duplicate it at home.

I have red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil but I can't find a ratio of the two that comes close.

Has anyone else tried to duplicate it? lol

Or do you know where you can order it online?

Or does anyone have a packet lying around and willing to post what the ingredients say on here? lol

Blimpie Ingredients

Fat Free Italian Dressing

Water, corn-cider vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt, distilled vinegar sugar, onion*, modified food starch, maltodextrin, garlic*, xanthan gum, lemon juice concentrate, spices, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate added as preservatives, red bell peppers*, yellow #5, yellow #6.  



Pesto Dressing

Soybean oil, water. distilled vinegar, spices, olive oil, salt, basil *, garlic*, white wine vinegar, lemon Juice concentrate, parmesan cheese(part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), onion*, xanthan gum. (* = dehydrated.)  



Light Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Water, cultured buttermilk, corn syrup, distilled vinegar, soybean oil, non-fat dry milk, sugar, salt, modified food starch, microcrystalline cellulose, garlic*. titanium dioxide, onion*, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate added as preservatives, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, lactic acid, artificial flavor, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor.  



Light Italian Dressing

Water, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, soybean oil, garlic*, xanthan gum, spices, onion*, red bell pepper*, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, yellow #5, yellow #6.  



Blue Cheese Dressing

Soybean oil, water, blue cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride), distilled vinegar, egg yolk, sugar, salt, high fructose corn syrup, xanthan gum, sour cream solids, sodium benzoate and potassium soubrette added as preservatives, natural flavor, dehydrated garlic.  



Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Honey French Dressing

Distilled vinegar, soybean oil, water, guar gum, xanthan gum, artificial color (red #40, blue #1), calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor. *Dehydrated  



Sweet Peppers

Peppers, water, high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, salt, calcium chloride.  



Hot Peppers

Peppers, water, distilled vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, natural flavors, FD&C yellow #5.  



Jalapeno Peppers

Ha !  I love blimpies but i have the same problem as you do because the closest blimpies is a far drive from my house.  It's the best sub place.  I like their creamy garlic sauce.  I'm cravinb blimpie's right now !  Sorry wish i could help.  They need to make more blimpies !!!!!!!!!!!!!
