Blink and clean contact solution helpp!?

Question

okay, so i've been wearing contacts for about a month now, but i just today got blink and clean lens drops, because my optician said they were good drops.

so basically, should i just take my contacts out of the case, and put a drop or two on the contact lens and then put it in?

and also, are blink and clean good lens drops?

Blink and Clean is a lubricant for the eye while wearing contact lenses. You use it in your eyes while wearing the lenses. If your eyes are dry or your contacts get a lot of build up, use the drops.

what type of contact you got. it depends

blink and clean isn't the best out there but it is eceptional

the best way to clean your contacts is remove them with your hand cleaned, and placed them in the case and soak it when clean solution for like 8 hours.

Blink and clean are ok, really it depends on your eyes.  I have very sensitive eyes so i have tried many different ones, the best one i have found which works really well, it an opti-free solution, i don't know if it comes in drops but i just use my solution bottle as it is quite small.  You don't need to take out your contacts just drop some in. You can move the contact around a little to settle it if need be..

If your eyes are really irritated you need to take out the contacts, once taking them out put it in the palm of your hand use a little bit of solution and gently, very gently, just rub it with your finger to clean.  Then soak them for a while before putting them in later.

Just before putting them in again, put a drop or two of your solution in your eyes.
