Blister beetles...!!!!

Question

a beetle was in my room and it flew on my chest. i flipped out and started flinging my hands everywhere and when i looked down my hand was bleeding, i could have accidently scratched myself, but i looekd up the beetle online and it looks like a blister beetle...how dangerous are they really? and could it ha ve bitten me?
