Question:

Blister between toes?

The last time I wore a pair of shoes was two days ago, and it was a pair I've worn before. Out of nowhere I have a blister (I think) between my toes. But I've been walking barefoot for the past two days (I haven't been out of the house). How is that possible? And how do I get rid of the blister in the least painful way?

  1. Put a band aid over it

  2. If it is a blister, sterilizing the blister with alcohol and lancing it with a sterile needle will allow it to empty of fluids, allowing the blister to dry out and heel. Reminder that this is a wound and wounds do take time to heal, but it should only take about an hour to a couple of hours before it stops bothering you.

If it has been a couple of days, since you wore any shoes. There is a possibility it may be athletes foot, even walking around your house barefoot, no matter how clean it is, can lead to athletes foot. If that is so use an anti bacterial spray, like Tinc or Tinactin. And the pain should go away quickly.
