Blister dilema!?

I run everyday for about an hour and yesturday and today I developed blisters on the bottom of both my feet between my big toe and the ball like in the crease. It hurts when i walk but I could fight through it Im just worried itll get worse and tommorrow at noon me n my friend are going on the lake loop which is a 5 mile run with lots of hills. Is there any treatment for tonight and then prevention for tomorrow i can do that u know of. thanks :)

  1. dont pop it. It should improve a little by tomorrow. Put a band aid over it for your run. It might hurt a little at the beginning but once you get into your run the pain should go away or lessen or you will just forget about it. You might try wearing thicker socks.


  2. mostly the blisters r comng from the wrong type of shoes

    and try to wear soft socks
