I bought the new Laser 90's and i shot with them for a little. Right now, im in a soccer camp where i run at least 2 miles a day and its killing. I have bruises on my foot and blisters. I dont want to let these good cleats go to a waste. I think i broke them in already but if not how can i break them in. Also, should i buy padding on the bottom of my cleats? Any help please!! Thx!

  1. Padding in your cleats can lead to heel slippage which will not help and may even lead to injuries. Even and extra layer of socks isn't great. Here is a link to ten tips to breaking into new cleats.

Sorry I can't help from personal experience but for some reason I don't get blisters even if I don't break in.

  2. The first Question is did you make sure u had them fitted too your feet especially and if you did I would go back 2 where you purchased them and tell them something is wrong. Depending on where you where you purchased them they will help you 2 make they fit properly.  Otherwise wear a pair of old boots and only wear the new ones when you are comfortable in them.

Take care of your feet and they will take care of you.

    Thanks for your Question.

  3. well you can buy some gel soles for more comfort, that what i did with my F.50
