Blister on heel of foot?

hey i got a blister on the heel of my foot because my cleat was not tight enough and rubbed my heel. The blister already poped and the skin that was covering it tore off. now its really painfull to touch and hurts to walk on. i need to do football again after a day break tomorow. what is the best thing to do so the blister can heal or how can i make it so it dosent hurt so bad when i run with it.

  1. I used to hike a lot.  I'd use Second Skin blister.  It's a gel-like substance between two sheets that reduces friction, helps heel, and makes the blister feel better.

    To avoid blisters, try Moleskin before hiking, running, etc.  You apply it to areas where friction can occur so you don't get blisters.


  2. Wrap it up with some gauze and wear thick socks
