  1. Heyy i  know that happend to m whn i played soccer if yuo put this mole skin stuff on it and athlitic tap over the mol skin btu befor you pput the mole skin on make sure  the blister is heeld befor you put it on  and when you put the athletic tap on make sur not too much becaus then it will fill your shoe and your foot will b cramed in therre so yeah maybe try that idk i worked for me in soccer GOOD LUCK!

  2. Pierce a very small hole in the blister with a sterilized needle (rubbing alcohol will do for sterilization of the needle), allowing the fluid to drain out, but do not remove the skin.  Then cover with a band-aid or moleskin.

Make sure you cover the blister once you have drained it, or the skin will rub off and expose it, causing the blister to hurt worse then it does now.

  3. the same thing happened to me. i wore low cut socks with my tennis shoes and got a blister on my heel. the next day i wore a band aid and the shoe just rubbed it off. then i firgured out that if you put a band aid on the heel of the shoe it doesn't rub off!

    try that♥

  4. Ask your coach if you can play with one shoe on...and wear double socks on that foot...you cant really do anything...either try to push on or lay off it...it will only get worst and hurt more...

  5. use an ace bandage to wrap your ankle, you'll look stupid but it will help!

then go buy knee high socks, ur supposed to buy  them for volleyball !!!

trust me my heel is really bloody because i used low cut socks and new shoes!! be sure to remember to put on a bandaid and to wrap it in a bandage!!
