Blister/pimple thing on lip?

right in the middle of where my lips meet I have a blister like lump.I've had it since yesterday. I put some chap stick but now it made my lips kind of chapped and crusted with yellowish white. it almost looks like a scab. it dosent hurt unless I pick at it or something. any idea what it is and how to treat it.

by the way I play soccer so I'm in the sun a lot

I get cold sores too mate, and im telling you the best treatment I have found which gets rid of them in less then 48hrs, is as soon as you feel/see it smoother it with Carmex and keep it absolutely covered in Carmex until it in completely gone, take 2 L-lysine tablets when you first feel/see the cold sore, then 1 tab twice per day their after.

I guarantee you this will work and it will be gone within 48hrs.
