  1. make sure your shoes fit properly

make sure the seam of your sock isn't near your blister

cover with good adhesive band-aid in circular shape

wear cotton socks that absorb moisture - not nylon blend that lets sweat gather on on your skin

take a break if you can until it heals

  2. it happens all the time.

-make sure your socks are pulled up tightly and they aren't rubbing around too much.

-when you do get blisters on your toes, wrap band-aids around them. if you get blisters on main parts of your foot, then use moleskin. If you can't find moleskin anywhere, band-aids work okay for that, too.

-make sure your shoes are tied tightly....this is a safety precaution too. you'll prevent blisters and you have a smaller chance of getting a hurt foot.

good luck this season! keep running. hope i helped :]

  3. Get the right running shoes. Make sure your socks are comfortable.

  4. hahahahahah

  5. i had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. i had the same pair of shoes from last season of Cross Country and found out that my shoes had kinda shrunk. either that or my feet got a little bigger. if your anywhere near or in Kentucky, go to Jon's Run/Walk Shop in Lexington. these guys are pros. they know their stuff. that's where i got my last pair.

so get somebody who knows what their doing instead of somebody like Hibbet's or d**k's. they know c**p!

so, mainly, check the size of ur shoes. that was my problem and ALL the blisters have finally started to disappear.

  6. You can wrap your toes before you run and wear an extra pair of socks.  Also check the size of your shoes.

You can buy the wraps at a drug store.
