Blisters on the back of my heel?

I recently got the new hyperdunks but the back of my heel is starting to get blisters when i play basketball. Nike is the only type of shoe i wear cause my feet are so narrow so they fit perfectly. Its just the heel on both sides that is starting to blister. How do i stop/prevent it from getting blisters?

  1. Once you break the shoes in, they shouldn't cause blisters to form anymore.  Sometimes breaking them in can just take a couple of weeks - depending on how much you wear them.  Try putting "mole skin" on your heels for now.  This is a thicker type of bandaid that helps protect the skin.
