when u go up to summit plummit do u ride those swing things to get there??

By "swing things" I'm guessing you mean the Chair Lift.  You can ride that up to the top of the mountain and from there can access Summit Plummet, Slush Gusher, and Teamboat Springs.  You don't have to ride it, though; you can just take the stairs.
