I dont know what it is, I think it may have been a starbucks I had the other day, but my tummy has bloated which I dont usually get but anyway I need it to go down for tommorow because I have a performance to do and I dont want a bloated tummy for the performance!

Sometimes my tummy bloats when I start to do situps (weird I know) and thats it really. Also, I have had quite a few fizzy drinks in the past week or so, I dont know what it is.

Any tips on what I can do to flatten or de-bloat my tummy for tommorow?

Please help, Thanks.

  1. drink fennel or dandelion tea as these will help to de-bloat you.  start the day off with a cup of warm water with a slice of lemon in as this will flush out your system.  DO NOT eat any carbs between now and your performance as this will only bloat you further.  Stick to light healthy meals like fruit and yoghurt for brekkie, salads and steamed fish for your other meals.  Do some gentle stretching excercises to encourage your stomach muscles which should work on reducing the bloat.

Hope this helps and good luck with your performance!!!! x

  2. don't eat.

  3. Hi Zoe,

I'm an Independent Herbalife Distributor in my free time, so can recommend some Herbalife products that would help you with your bloating.

Try having something hot to drink - herbal tea is best, ginger if you can get it, or green tea. Also eat plenty of fibre (wholegrains, oatmeal, brown rice or pasta). However, although you need the solution for tomorrow, you may have a longer-term problem

Your diet may be affecting this, drinking fizzy drinks is definitely one way of expanding your stomach, as is not eating regularly so running the risk of 'trapped wind'.

For the long-term, I would recommend Herbalife's FloraFibre, Aloe Concentrate drink (which is a great replacement for fizzy drinks - it tastes really good) and FibreBond. These products are part of a programme to help promote intestinal health.

Each Herbalife programme is personalised to suit your lifestyle, goals and wallet! Your Independent Herbalife Wellness Coach will talk you through your requirements and agree with you on a programme that suits all 3. Their services are free and they keep in regular contact with you to guide and encourage you.

If you wish to know more and especially if you want to sample some of the products before committing yourself to a full programme, then please see the link below.

    Good luck!
