Block phone calls?

There is this certain person that keeps calling me.

How do I block his number to stop him from calling?

you need to call you phone company and have them add selective call rejection.  They will give you a code to dial to access this feature.  The most common code is *60.  You will then be walked though entering in the # that you want to block.  Some phone companies will actually block individual #'s for you........
