Blockbuster scan someone else movie to my account?

is it possible? i rented one movie, drill bit taylor. blockbuster said i rented drill bit, another movie and 3 ps3 games. i dont even have a ps3. they said the movie and games were checked out the same time, 3 mins apart. how is that possible to be checked out 3 mins apart? im thinking that they did not get out of my account, and maybe someone behind me checked those games and other movie out, but they checked it into my account.. is it possible?!?!

There are many possible answers. I would suggest asking yourself which one of these sounds most likely to apply to you.

1. If you live with other people who also have a Blockbuster account then maybe they innocently went on the Blockbuster website and made the requests without realizing they were on your account.

2. It may be that you are the victim of Identity Theft. I am sorry to say that in this day and age it is not surprising.  Someone could have easily taken those games and movies out on your account and plan on never returning them with you having to pay for it. If this sounds like it might be the case then I highly suggest you review ALL your accounts, especially your credit, to see if there are other charges that you have not made. Then I suggest you contact the appropriate people so that they can take the appropriate actions.

3. Similarly to #2 you my unfortunately have someone in your family who is taking advantage of you. Sadly it happens all too often that people feel that it is not stealing if it is from friends or family. I sincerely hope this is not the one that applies to your case.

4. Finally it may just be a clerical error. It is not at all unheard off that someone makes a mistake. Perhaps someone at Blockbuster simply put someone else’s order in your account by mistake. Like I said it certainly would not be the first time that ever happens.

Yea, it is definitely possible that they could have forgotten to log out of your account and checked those in under your account.
