Blockbuster won't send me my movies?

Hi! I have a subscription in Blockbuster, and I just got it a few days ago. I didn't receive my first 3 movies, so I reported it. They sent it to me again, and I received it soon after. I returned it after watching them, and about 3 days later, my queue still said that I haven't returned them, so i reported it again. Now, it's been 3 days, and Blockbuster won't send me my movies!! I tried contacting them but I have no luck! What should I do??

switch to netflix, blockbuster done gone and violated this one guys pets, i done seen it on the news shows

That happened to me once, and I called them. I think that happens when you've reported dvds stolen too many times. Just try calling them again, and I'm sure they can help you!
