My boss and I are trying to play a prank on a co-worker...and what we are trying to do is Block the Satellite Signal on his Sirius.

What will work?

We've tried...Covering with Electrical Tape, Tin Foil, 5 rubber mats...

Nothing seems to work...

  1. If this is a car, are you sure you got the right antenna?  Some cars seem to have 2 or 3 sat antennas on the roof anymore.

  2. That depends- if it's to his house just move the antenna a few degrees. If it's in the car the only way would be to disconnect it, but I played an even better prank on my hubby. He bought a new radio for his car (with XM built in) he didn't remove everything from the box & when I took out the instructions I found a remote to it. As soon as he was done wiring it up he turned it on to listen to it. I changed the channels & kept turning it on & off. It took about five minutes for him to become mad enough to come in the house & scream "I'm taking it back, the stupid thing's broken!" I said; "Really? That's funny the remote seems to work just fine!" LOL
