Question:

Blocking text messages on T-mobile?

So my friend decided to be a jerk and send me 50 text messages. Is there anyway to block unwanted text messages? T-mobile charges about 15 cents per text message. So technically if someone wanted to s***w me over, they could just order unlimited text message service and send me 10000 text messages.

  1. I do not know.... does it still charge you if you don't open them?

  2. You can call T-mobile and have them turn off text messaging or you can say these messages were not wanted and you will not have to pay for them.

  3. I did some research. You can block all text messages if you wish. It does not seem possible to block only one source or person. Perhaps you could try blocking them all for a while, until your harasser lets up and gets bored. Link to information on how under sources...

  4. you can block all texts by taking texting off your plan. if you have a phone that allows you to block numbers one by one you could use that. also no one can s***w you over with ordering unlimited texting since any changes in your plan has to be done in your tmobile account online or in person. but if they did have your info and did that. they you would receive a letter and a text message stating a change in your account has been made.
