I am sorry but this question is considered chatting by the Yahoo TOS..

My only advice to you would be go to your search engines like Yahoo or Google and type in blogging sites that allow comments and see what comes to you from your searchs.. take your time on this.. it will make all the difference in the long run if you stay blogger or not
