Blonde hair for blue eyes pale skin?

I have dark brown hair, light blue eyes and quite pale skin. I'm thinking of going blonde to celebrate my g.c.s.e results if they go well. Do you think that would suit me? If you could let me know and maybe include some pictures of what shade of blonde would, it would be of a great help =] x

You have good coloring for blonde hair. You need to know whether your pale skin has a red or yellow base. Mine is yellow, so I can't wear ash well. If your base is red, you can. I'd definitely go a to a salon and take magazine samples of colors I liked. Take several so that your colorist can get pick which tone you radiate to. Its hard to tell just by looking at one pic.

yes its actually very common for pale skin/blue eyed people to have blond hair. It would look very natural and pretty. good luck with your g.c.s.e thing

It depends on your eyebrows. You say you have dark brown hair (like mine) but going blonde with dark eyebrows just looks tacky. Believe me, I did it so I know. If your eyebrows are light, go for it.

Talk to a stylist in the language they understand:  Consider the "level" range that they work with.  Black is a #1 and White is #10--every shade falls in between those 2 numbers.  You may be starting as a #3 or #4 being "dark brown."  Your hair will go through these levels on the way to where you'd like to end up.  The lighter you go, the more maintenance will be required.  It will look great with your coloring but too light will wash you out.  Consider a lighter base (say in the 7 range) with dark low lights.

I would say an ash blonde with some blonde highlights in it, its my favorite kind of blonde, its one that not many people have.

Yes go for it, blonde is such an interesting colour with so many shades, if you go to a professional they will pick the right colour for you. I recommend stay away from yellowy tones. Stick with ash blonde and wash with a blue shampoo to keep the tone from going brassy. I also recommend a pink blusher to make your eyes and hair stand out and your skin look beautiful rather than 'pale' or 'washed out'. Good luck, have fun.

Go into some salons and ask to speak to a colourist. They can give u a quick free consultation and advise you on whats best to do for your skin tone and eye colur. You can also ask around to find the best price for your budget while youre there. Good luck with the G.C.S.E results!!
