Blood coming out of a guy?

What exactly does it mean if blood comes out of a guys *** while taking a dump, and is it bad?

it could mean a lot.  you should get a rectal exam, theres a small chance you have cancer

Don't panic! This just happened to someone I know. He went to the doctors and he was told that it was from hemorrhoids. Not just older people can get them. Its from a lack of fiber in your diet usually. Eat more high in fiber foods: Bran Flakes, pears, berries, oranges, beans, cauliflower, apples, prunes, carrots, broccoli. Replace white bread with whole grain breads and cereals. popcorn, oatmeal, brown rice instead of white. When you increase your amount of fiber intake you should always increase your fluids intake.

     If possible you SHOULD go to the doctors, just in case.

What does the blood look like, is it bright red and really fresh or is it a bit congealed
