Blood drive rules???

Question

I visited France, Italy, Scotland, Antarctica, Falkland Islands, Argentina, the tip of Chile, and Texas for a week a peice with in the last year, am I still eligable to donate blood in 3 weeks? I checked the website redcross.org and couldn't find the answer.

And do any of you know the requirnment to be hooked up to the machine that takes only some part of your blood from you, or at least what it is called. I think it takes the plasma.

please tell me, it is really important to me!
