Blood pressure 130 ^ 57 is that normal?

Your pressure will vary as much as 20 pts up and down over time, depending on stress, activity, etc. You have to take it several times to come up with an average. That being said, 120/80 is currently considered the top end of normal, so your diastolic (top) number is high. 120-129 is pre-hypertension (before high blood pressure), but again - stressing over your pressure is the worst thing you can do for it. Chill out, eat right, exercise once in a while. Super bueno!

Not bad at all. Watch that the top number doesn't get too much higher and the bottom too much lower.

Thats LOW blood pressure! You should consult your doc to confirm if there's anything wrong.
