I have had two succesful pregnancies 8 and 10 years ago and ttc now. My question is, I am not overweight, 115lbs but I am on blood pressure medication and water pills due to having polycystic kidney disease...could this stop me from concieving. I have been following my ovulation chart and baby dancing exactly when I should. My periods are very regular. We have been trying for over 3 months now.

  1. It shouldn't prevent you from conceiving.  Besides, you've only been trying for three months, so you shouldn't expect to be preggo yet.  I knwo it feels like a long time, but it's really not that long in the TTC world.  If you don't conceive withing a year (if you are under 35), then go talk to your doc.  I know it's not something you want to hear, but it's pretty standard.  If you're over 35, your doc will see you in 6 months after TTC.  Best wishes!
