Blood test was negative?

I got results today for a BT which were negative. Now I'm confused. My LMP was 6/04/08 and I was expecting my period 7/7-9/08 (cycles vary about 28-34days). Then on 6/29/08 I felt ovulation pain and thought my AF was pushed back till about 7/13-15/08.

It is is now 7/23/08 and no AF and Dr. said I'm most likely not pregnant. If I were pregnant is there a chance the Neg test could be false. (The blood test performed was the reg yes or no and not the HCG count.)

So I'm confused as if theres a possibilty that I am pregnant. If I ovulated late and possibly implanted about a week ago would the test be that accurate?

With my first pregnancy I tested with a BFP on a HPT about 1-2wks. after my missed period but how come this pregnancy if I am is so different?

HCG does not cause u nausea or sick, it has no symptons at all. I had hcg count several times and i never got sick during my pregnancy, not even vomit. it all depends on individually.

As to missing periods it could be part of stress and that u're wishing to get pregnant so much and its not happening. I would rest about it and let it go and enjoy s*x, until it happens, then u will realize you are pregnant!
