Bloomfield coffee maker repair

My company has a Bloomfield Coffee maker model # 8572 - one of the burner switches will not turn off and the heating plates seem loose- I need a LOCAL repairman to look at it please! I have been on the net for and hour and can't get any results! The repairmen that come up on this site repair appliances (i.e. washers, dryers, fridges etc) AUUUUGGGGHHH! I need my coffee!!!
