Bloons- Even more bloons?

How do you get past level 38 on the new bloons game called even more bloons?

Level 38?!! Don't you think you've been playing long enough? Whoa.

OK. It's tough to explain, but here goes...

Aim the pointer at the middle of the bottom third of the bloon that is second down from the top and second in from the left. This should pop and freeze the last 3 helium bloons. One tap on the mouse will do it.

Then straight away aim the arrow at around 45 degrees and give another tap on the mouse to lob a dart over the top of the 2 grey blocks to bounce it off the helium bloons and into the opening.

It's all about the timing and the angle, but you should get there in the end!

SAME I HAVE BEEN STUCK ON IT, whenever i get the anwser it says shoot four last helium bloons and freeze them, than quickly quick above the 2 gray boxes to get into hole... well obviously... but that does NOT HELP AT ALL!!!!
