  1. You mean bloated?  Betta's don't need much to eat so make sure you are not overfeeding.  Their stomach is about the size of their eye so very little food and fast it at least one day a week.

If the scales are sticking out like a pinecone that is dropsy and there really isn't much you can do to cure it.

  2. it could be constipation-he cant go p**p

it can be dropsy- he is having major organ (most likely kidney) failure due to an internal bacterial (its becterian most of the time) or fungal infection. If it is dropsy, you can see by looking at it from the top that its scales are sticking out like a pine cone

for constipation-feed him the inside of a thawed pea

for dropsy- dropsy is fatal most of the time but i have actually cured a betta fish frm dropsy using antibiotic medication, medicated food and epsom salt (even though most fish with dropsy stop eating, mine is a fighter!). Try to buy a broad spectrum antibiotic, feed antibiotic food, remove any aquarium salt if you use any and add 1/8 teaspoons of epsom salt per gallon. You can also try doing epsom salt baths but i think that would be too stressfull and for that reason i never tried it.
