what else is being fed off the same power supply?

If there is nothing else from the same supply/ nothing's changed and it's suddenly started going then you may have a loose connection somewhere on the mains rings or, less likely, some water somewhere.

If the mains is ok swap the amp with a mate's and see if that still trips.
