Blown Fuse are Wiring Problem

Question

I was fixing my car sterio and the batterery wires touched the metal on the sterio, I heard a pop and now my dome light and door dinger stayss on all the time. I had to pull the fuse so my batterey aould not go dead. All the fuses are good. I even tried a new radio and that won't work. What didi I do. Can you help????
