Blown fuses in meade telescope

Question

Hi, thanks for the reply. I don't know if what you said could be the problem.If I disconnect the ribbon from the mother board to the front panel and apply power the fuse does not blow .Seems to indicate something past the front panel? I'm just guessing. Any Ideas? Thanks
