how do you get blu-tak marks off walls? I don't mean the blue stuff itself, as I've got that off by using other blu-tak rolled over it, but there's a greasy mark left from the tak. Can you get that off with anything?

  1. Try rubbing the greasy spot with a thick paste made from cormeal and a little water, then very lightly wipe it down with rubbing alcohol.

Unfortunately, grease is one of the hardest things to remove from walls, so you may have to treat it several times before it works. If it doesn't work, it would be best to simply replace the wall material where the greasy spots are. If it's drywall, you can scrape a little bit down, and refill the depression or hole with spackle. If it's plaster, use patching plaster.
