Blue Cross Blue Shield Question

I have the PPO plan, so it saves me money to use a provider that is a preferred one...but I do not know how to find that out, can someone please help me.

You can ask the provider or call the BCBS costumer service number (should be on your insurance card) and ask for a nearby provider.

They should have sent you a booklet listing Doctors in your area. Call Blue Cross/Blue Shield and request one. Good luck young lady.
