Blue Line on

I have a Philips TV: Model 37PF9946/12 It has a single vertical line running from the top to the bottom of the screen. It is about 1mm wide and is a light blue colour. It is particularly apparent/noticeable when the tv is displaying a dark blue colour. The line appeared a while ago and lasted for several months, it then disappeared for a couple of months without any intervention however the line has now returned. Thanks in anticipation.
