Blue Mountains/NSW Holiday...?

Question

Has anyone ever stayed there? if so what was it like? Do you recommend any places to stay? and things to do?

Me and my boyfriend are going away for our 1 year anniversary... We are 2 1/2 hours north-west of sydney so we can travel anywhere within driving distance, up along the coast etc... Anyone have any other ideas or places to go also...

I spent Christmas 2006 in the Leura/Wentworth Falls area and I thought it was fantastic and i would love to go back and spend more time there.
