It all depends on how much you want to spend...

My sister had blue roses imported for her bouquet... very expensive... and a waste of money if you don't intend to preserve it.

Go to your florist and they should give you a list of names you can look up

There are tons of blue and purple flowers. Some do not do well outside of water, so I've limited my list to flowers that would hold up in a bouquet and don't tend to leak sap or milk.

Blue:

Delphinium

Forget-me-nots (somewhat fragile, some florists don't put them in bouquets for this reason)

bachelor's button

hydrangea

some types of thistle (globe thistle in particular)

Purple:

Carnations

mums and daisies

stattice

limonium

wax flower

roses

lisianthus

lavendar

dianthus

tulips

campanula

I would also suggest asking your local florist. They'll know what is in season around your area. Another thing to keep in mind is that you may want to pick a contrasting color to add to your bouquet. If everything is monochromatic, your bouquet can tend to look like a blob in pictures. Adding a contrasting color (maybe white orlime green) helps highlight the different flowers and looks better on film.
