Blue Screen of Death.........

Question

Tried to send an audio file using Incredimail, stupid program, on Vista Home Premium platform. Instantly shuts down and gives me blue screen with message Driver IRQL not equal_or_lessdoesn't seem to do it any other time. Tried to use Driver Detective to update drivers but didn't seem to do a thing. I need this thing for work and am about at end of my rope. Can you help me by chance?
