Blue Screen while installing drivers for DELL wireless Photo966 printer.
I have a DELL INSPIRION E1505 Laptop, running windows XP, 1.66GHZ, 1GIG RAM, 68.4 GIG harddrive (51.9 available).
I have installed and uninstalled the program numerous times and performed system restore twice and still have the problem while installing. I get the blue screen before the program completes the installation of the program.
The error says I might not have enough disk space (I have 51.9 Gigs available). It says I might not have enough memory (it says to disable bios memory options such as CACHING or SHADOWING " I don't know how ") It says ckeck my bios manufacturer for bios upgrades ( I don't know where to look ).
Stop codes are " STOP: 0x0000007e (0x0000005 0x00000000 oxf794c7c8 0xf794c4c4). I went to MIRCOSOFTS bug code website the last 2 codes ( 0xf794c7c8 0xf794c4c4 ) are not listed on the web site and I cannot get a fix.
I have sucessfully installed this program on a ( Dell 1520 laptop running windows vista) and also (an old HP desk top running windows XP 256 K of ram)
I AM AT A LOSS !!!!!!!!!!!!
CAN YOU HELP? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS ?????
