Blue and Green Grabage Bags, How to use?

Just moved and new place wants you to seperate your garabage into blue and green bags. What goes into what?

    or contact your local authority. Isn't there any info on the bags themselves?

    Alternatively, ask your neighbours (nice icebreaking,hun?)

It depends on where you live.  For example, in parts of Europe, green bags are for regular trash and blue bags are for certain recyclables.  In San Francisco, blue is for paper, bottles and cans together, green is for food scraps, soiled paper products and plant trimmings, and black is for trash.  In other places, blue is for recycling, green is for yard waste, and gray is for garbage.
