ok so im going to blue bayou/dixie landing tuesday of next week

friday,saturday,sunday,monday,TUESDAY!

we know the price to get in and parkk.

but what time doess it open?

If you are talking about the Blue Bayou in Disneyland, then the restaurant opens at 11am for lunch service. BB is very popular and has a large walk-up line that can have a waiting time of over an hour. It would be highly advisable to make reservations (you can make reservations up to 60 days in advance). 714/781-DINE (3463).
