Blue error screen when loading os

Question

os loading will run smoothly till the files are copied to the hard disk. the moment os files are copied to hard disk, it reported cannot copy files. but in most of the cases i get a blue error screen with different error code for each attempt to install os. e.g. driver irq not less or equal, unmountable boot volume, etc. I use a Scuzzy hard disk. Is the disk damaged or something else?
